Hillsborough Dukes Pop Warner TRAVEL and PRE-COMPETITION CHEER PROGRAMS Begins August 1st.

Pop Warner Flag Travel Football
 

• Ages 5-7 (as of 7/31/22).
• August practices will be 3 evenings per week (excluding Fridays).
• Once school begins practices will be 2 evenings per week from September until End-October.
• Plays home games at HHS and travels locally within the Central Jersey Pop Warner Conference. (less than 45 minutes of travel time)
• Participates in the Central Jersey Flag-a-thon at Rutgers.
• Uniform Provided.

Pop Warner Flag Pre-Competition Cheer
 

• Ages 5-7 (as of 7/31/22).
• August practices will be 3 evenings per week (excluding Fridays).
• Once school begins practices will be 2 evenings per week from September until Mid-October.
• Cheers home Flag games at HHS and away games locally within the Central Jersey Pop Warner Conference until the end of flag football season. (less than 45 minutes of travel time)
• Performs exhibition at CJPW's local competition at the CURE Insurance Arena, Trenton, NJ on October 15th.
• Uniform Provided.

Hillsborough Jr Raiders NFL IN-TOWN (no travel) FLAG FOOTBALL AND GAME DAY CHEER Begins August 15th.

NFL Flag Football In-town (no travel)

• Grades K-2, co-ed program.
• All Games will be played Sunday mornings at the Hillsborough Triangle Road Sports Complex.
• August practices will be evenings 4 days a week for 3 weeks at Hillsborough Triangle Road Sports Complex.
• After Labor Day, practice will be once per week.
• Flag kindergarteners will experience an introduction into flag football basics and fundamentals while having fun playing together. Grades 1-2 will play together.
• NFL uniforms including jersey, pants, flags and mouthpieces will be provided.
• First aid AED/CPR certified personnel at all events.

Game-day Recreation Cheer, which includes a pre-competition experience for those who want to try out the competitive cheer program. (No Travel)

• Grades K-2
• All Cheer games on Sunday mornings at  Hillsborough Triangle Road Sports Complex.
• August practices will be evenings 4 days a week for 3 weeks at Hillsborough Triangle Road Sports Complex.
• After Labor Day, practice will be once per week for those choosing the precomp program.
• Uniforms and pom poms will be provided.
